Muslim Education Committee of Bhagalpur realised that there should be an Institution that imparts higher education among the Muslim Boys and Girls so that they may be able to bring up in main stream in all respects by removing ill-literacy as Saccher Committee reported too. So they are needed to seek education to come in main stream by flourishing higher education among them. Education is helpful not only for character building but also it is helpful not only for character building but also it is helpful to build up nation by getting higher education.
